The HR Manager is responsible for the management, career development, and recruitment of artists and technicians in varying skill sets within the company. Also, oversee the planning and scheduling for artists in their group to ensure personnel is appropriately utilized across all the projects.

• Operate and set up HR related systems
• Manage performance reviews
• Employee mental health management and care
• Take initiative and operate events, trainings, etc. to improve internal engagements
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Be the point of contact for candidates and recruiters and handle interviews
• Plan and manage recruitment PR
• Manage application guidelines, coordinate with each department etc.

For new graduates, there is no need to meet all of the eligibility requirements.
